Postage & delivery:  

All items are posted with Australia Post Parcel post within 3 business days of ordering, or in the case of custom orders - within 3 business days of the item being created.
 

All items arrive in padded packaging to ensure they get there in perfect condition, and where possible I go to the extra effort of reusing bubblewrap, etc. from my own deliveries to help minimise waste and environmental impact. 

Gift wrapping and hand written personalised gift cards are also available at no extra cost. Just drop me a note and I'll be happy to accommodate any requests if possible.
 

Returns and exchanges:

I gladly accept returns and exchanges.  I go into great detail with my listings in order to accurately reflect the size, materials, and description of the products in both text and images. But if for any reason you aren't 100% happy with your service or product, don't hesitate to contact me immediately and I will be more than happy to work with you to ensure absolute satisfaction.
 

If any issues arise please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and dispatch items back within 14 days of delivery.
 

Conditions of return:  

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
